“Having spent a large portion of my life in Northern New Mexico I have been profoundly impacted by the light, landscape, and culture of the Southwest. A third generation lifetime artist; I believe–should the creation and execution of art extend to all parts of life–one may achieve wholeness and strength of mind body and spirit.”
In 2010 Leif received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Prior to that he was a volunteer and intern at the Santa Fe children’s museum from 2001- 2003 where he coordinated and assisted with special events and developed a passion for working with kids on the road to learning and discovery.
